Krew is at such a fun stage right now! I am laughing all day long at him. He says the funniest things! Here are some of them:
-"Mom, look at your HUGE, FAT belly!!"
-"I have a little butt, you have a big, big, big, big, big butt!!"
-I was joking around with him and said "I am going to spank you!" He said "Don't spank me! You will get poop on your hands!"
-He was rubbing his neck and said "My neck hurts so bad, I'm getting old!" He was dead serious! I just love his little personality!

This year being pregnant, and going on our cruise, I just didn't have time to think of something extraordinary for Halloween. So we went with what we had.....hippie costumes. I threw our costumes together that day. We took Krew out for a bit, then passed out candy at our house. Krew loved passing out candy more than getting it. He was so cute as a little hippie.

SEPTMEBER 2011
We headed up to SLC to attend the Sealing of Brax and Kara at the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. It was so beautiful! I loved everything about it! I have been wanting to go to that Temple and it couldnt have been a better reason or day. Krew waited outside with all the cousins, then after we went out to eat with everyone and enjoyed the night.

Krew loves to do anything Craig is doing! One of these includes shaving. He idolizes Craig. When he gets home from work he is SO excited. If we are both around, he will not let me hold him, or help him, or anything that Craig can do. He say's "NO MOMMY! Daddy DO IT!" I am so grateful Craig is such a wonderful daddy. I couldn't have picked a better dad for my kids!

CALIFORNIA BEACH HOUSE

At the last minute I got the family together to go in on a beach house together. It was set right on the beach in Newport. It was amazing! The kids LOVED playing in the sand ALL day, and the adults just loved sitting on the beach. It was the highlight of our summer.

Poor little Krew bear had to get his tonsils and adnoids out this month. He has always been a loud sleeper and always snoring, but it got to the point of sleep apnia, so we decided to go ahead and do it. He was such a good boy! The few days after was really hard on him, but he bounced back and sleeps like a log now! He always talks about the doctors who did the surgery, and reminds everyone he got his tonsils AND adnoids out. So cute!

Here they are prepping him. He was confused, but still a good boy. It was sad to see him wheeled off without us there!
This is when he woke up from the surgery. He cried forever! Then when he calmed down, we were able to take him home.

Krew is the love of our lives! He is so much fun. He loves being outside and helping out whenever he can. Here he is trying to spray off the patio, but got wet and started crying. Some of the funny things he has said this month:
-I told Krew to go find his ball for his game. He ran into his room screaming, "balls, where are you?!"
-He found a AAA battery and said "this battery is sooooo cute!"
-Krew saw me pick at my nose and just smiled and said "you got lots boogers?"
-He saw me using a tape measure and said "let me lose it!" I kept trying to teach him to say "USE" but still to this day he says "LOSE".
-He says "furt" instead of "foot", and "gurd" instead of "good". He calls bandaids "band-its".
-He loves getting on the scale. He got on the other day and came back and said "I got 4 pounds!!"
-I asked Krew what he did the other day and he said "I went to the PAAAARK, I went on a MOTORCYCLE RIDE, and STUUUUF".

APRIL 2011

This year Braxton and his family was visiting, and we loved having them! Craig and I set up a "Christ" centered egg hunt, that they went crazy for. Then we set up a little Easter egg hunt for Krew at my moms house. He would find one egg, sit down, open it up, and eat whatever was inside until he was done, then go find another egg. I put a dollar bill in one of them, thinking he would be excited since he loves money so much. But no, he just threw it to the side and ate the candy. He is such a cute, sweet boy! Love him so much.

A cute litte thing he said this month:
-I said to Krew.."Oh honey, are you miserable!" and he said..."me not misabowl" So cute!!!!

Craig is in a indoor soccer leauge, and Krew can't get enough. He gets so excited to go to daddy's soccer game. Since he has seen Craig play, he has shown a lot more interest in the game and kicking the ball around. Here is pictures of Craig's last game. ZION

APRIL 2011

We hit up Zion a couple of times this month. The weather was perfect for a bike ride down the canyon. Krew fell asleep for a little bit. We enjoyed ourselves. After, we hit up Oscar's and ate lunch.

Our second trip to Zion included a few of the kids, Kara, Me, Krew, and Mom. We decided to hike the Emerald pools. I hiked 99% of it with Krew on my back! It was a work out!

Krew has started talking up a storm! He says the funniest things, and I love it!
I laugh all day. Here are a few of the things he has said this month:
- Krew was out back playing with the rabbit and the rabbit was running away, so he stands up straight and yells "12345"! Telling the rabbit to get back here. I think I only counted once for him to come here and I wasn't totally serious. So he got the "12345" out of that some how.
-Craig was showing Krew photos of some deigo characters, and asked, what is this. He said "a leather back sea turtle". Dora and Diego sure teach him a lot.
-Tonight krew said "whats wrong with krew neener?" and I said what is wrong with your weener? and he said "Itchy!"
-We were driving up to mimis house and as we passed through the gate he said " southwick lefevre's thank you". Because when we pass through we have to talk to the guard and say we were going to the southwick house and our last name is lefevre. Then I would always say thank you. He picked it up, and says it every time. SOo cute!
- Krew was saying his own prayer and it went like this....."Heavy Fadder, thank you for dis day Jesus Chist....amen" Love that kid so freaking much!

THIS IS KREW DRESSING HIMSELF. LOVES THE FLIP FLOPS BUT CANNOT GET THEM ON THE RIGHT FEET FOR THE LIFE OF HIM!

The other day I was one the computer when Krew came in COVERED in powder. I was like what the H? He had gotten a powder drink mix and dumped it all over his head. The pictures don't do it justice.

Krew can climb up on the tall counters now. :( I was doing something in the other room, and noticed he was being very quiet. I snuck into the kitchen and said "Krew what are you doing"! I startled him, and he dropped the box of cereal he was eating out of. He had climbed up onto the counter, got the whole box of cereal, sat down on his little chair, and was content as could be.

A couple of Craig's friends came down to St. George to skydive, so we all headed out to the Hurricane airport. Krew loved the airplanes although he was a little timid at first.

Krew is growing up soooo fast! He is so precious, and loving. He is such a good boy. My mom tells me all the time that I don't know how good I have it. I really am blessed to have a good kid. Heavenly Father knew I needed that :)

WE TOOK KREW TO THE CIRCUS, AND I THINK WE ENJOYED IT MORE THAN HE DID. MY PARENTS TOOK HIM HOME HALF WAY THROUGH. HE FELL OFF THE SEAT AND HIT HIS HEAD, HE WAS SCARED OF THE LOUD MUSIC, AND HE WAS TERRIFIED OF THE ELEPHANTS.

It is a tradition for Christmas Eve to head over to the Lefevre's for their famous breakfast dinner. All the grandkids get to open their presents. It was a fun night. And Krew got spoiled as usual!

This Christmas was so nice! We stayed at home and had my parents, and Kitty over in the morning, so they could watch Krew open presents. Everyone was so generous this year! We got spoiled!

For Krew's party this year, we went with a jungle theme. Craig decorated really cute. We had someone make his cake. It was zebra print with a yellow K on top. (Krew's favorite color is yellow). We had a pinata, and the kids had so much fun. Happy Birthday my baby boy! We love you more than words can say. Something funny he said this month: We were out eating when all of the sudden out of nowhere Krew started counting in spanish "uno dos tres quatro......" Didn't even teach him that! I think he got it from Dora. He is so smart!

The lake powell trip this year was ok. I had my first migrane headache ever, and it was horrible! Krew liked it, but I dont think he loves the water yet. He still gets pretty cold. The highlight of the trip for Krew was the water slide. He LOVED it!

I love this stage right now! Krew is so much fun. He loves to be funny. The other day he had found my facial sponges, and put them over his chest and said "mommy, boobies!" He loves to copy everything we do. When Craig plays his hockey video game, Krew will get the other controller and pretend to play with him. "Daddy's hockey game" he says. And whenever I am not watching him for a few minutes, he goes into my room, gets on the computer and goes crazy with the mouse until music comes on. Lately he has been sleeping with us. He LOVES to cuddle with Craig. He has his own little pillow inbetween us and he says "Kwews pillow"! He is so smart, and such a joy to have in our home! I love him so much!

Krew got chicken pox! And guess where he got it from.......ME! I had shingles, and a few weeks later he broke out with chicken pox. It wasn't too bad, but he was miserable for a few days. He still has a few scars left over, but he looks great, and we are just glad its over with and he won't ever have to worry about them again! When he wanted sympathy, he would get a sad look on his face and say "chickeeen pox", and point to them. Even now, when he gets hurt and I say "let me see", he says "chickeeen pox". Its so funny.

Halloween is one of our favorite holidays! We love to decorate our house, and we LOVE to dress up. This year I didn't know what we were going to be until the last minute. I wanted to do something funny, but then I wanted Krew to be something cute for trick or treating. Friday night was the Lefevre party, so we dressed up as polygamist. I got all of our outfits at the DI. To say the least.....we all looked pretty nasty. I dressed pregnant, and had a baby doll too. It was funny.

Then for trick or treating on Saturday night, we dressed up as an Indian family. Krew was so dang cute! He loved trick or treating, and had to make sure all of his candy stayed in his bag. He would walk up to the door by himself and say "trick or treat" in a soft low voice. Then he would say "thank you".
We had a little Halloween party with just our families, had dinner, and treats. It was a lot of fun!

We headed down to California with some friends for a little trip. We stayed in the Newport beach area for a few nights, then headed to Sand Diego for the rest of the week. The weather was a little chilly, but still nice. The first day we were there, we all headed to the beach to hang out for the day. The kids played in the sand, and we collected sea shells.

The next day Craig, Krew, and I went down to Venice beach. We always go so I can get toe rings fitted to my toes :) We ate lunch right in the shops, and just relaxed. Krew was so interested in all the people, and all the things going on. We ate at the pizza place right on the beach, and in the middle of all the shops. There was a guy walking behind people and making fun of them. It was so funny!! So we watched him while we ate.
The next day we decided to go to Sea World. It started out to be a good day, then I started feeling really sick. I threw up a couple of times then headed to the car to get some rest. All of the sudden I felt super sick again, so I start running to the entrance and heading for the bathroom, but I didn't make it to the toilet. I threw up all over the bathroom floor, and all over my pants and shoes. So I waited for Craig to find me, then we headed back to the hotel, but we got lost! We finally found the exit, and Craig drove right by it and missed it! I was dying! That was the first time I told Craig I hated him and meant it. I figured I had gotten food poisoning because I ate something no one else did. It was a horrible day for me, but Krew sure loved it!

There was a spot where you could pick up starfish. It was really cool.

We were all excited for the Shamu show. We wanted good seats, so we sat in the "soak" section. I didn't really care because I was just going to duck down behind the row in front of us, but I didn't want Krew to get wet. I told Craig to cover him when Shamu splashed. Ya that didnt happen. I saw it coming so I ducked down, and after the bis splash I heard Krew crying. I was like "Craig why didn't you cover him!" And he was like "He loves it......see!" I look over and Krew is DRENCHED and looks totally miserable, and he is whining. It was pretty funny though.

WASHINGTON

We decided to plan a few trips late in the summer. We flew to Washington to see Craig's family, and it was so much fun! When we flew into Sea/Tac we went straight to Pike's Place to see all the fun stuff going on. We ate yummy clam chowder, walked the shops, and just had a fun day. There is a little park at the water front, so we stopped and hung out for a while. Krew loved it! The weather was perfect!

I have never seen Krew laugh so much in his little life! He LOVED his cousin Ava. He followed her around like a little puppy dog the whole trip. They played so cute together. He especially loved her toys! She had so many fun things. His favorite were the doll strollers, and a little trampoline. He also loved her "house" boots. SO funny. He got pretty good at climbing their stairs too.

While we were in Washington, the Puyallup fair was going on, so we went. It was a lot of fun. I loved seeing all the animals. Krew LOVED the rides! He would whine when the ride was done and we took him off. The Fair was HUGE, and had so many booths. It was a fun day.

It was a really fun trip! Krew got to know Grandpa Dennis some more, and really took to him! He loved his "Nana" of course, and just had a blast with Ava. He talked about everyone over the next couple of weeks after we got home, and even now he says "jackeen, ava bye bye airplane" So cute!

FATHER'S DAY!

For father's day we stopped by my parents house to visit for a bit, then headed up to Craig's family's cabin in Pine valley. It was so nice up there. We had a BBQ, and hung out. It was a good day!
I have the best husband ever! Seriously! He is so good to us. He is by far the most patient man I have ever met. He is so giving and loving. He takes time to give us attention, and to find out what we need or want. He is so good at everything he does, or tries to do including sports, handy work, wood work, house work, grocery shopping, his job, and so much more. He genuinely cares for everyone. I love him so much and I could not imagine my life without him! Thank you babe for making my life a heaven on earth! I love you so very much! I am so grateful I have you for eternity!

I can't believe how fast Krew is growing up! He is turning into a little boy, and not a baby anymore! His 18 month stats were 94% for height and 37% for weight. He is really tall and skinny. There are so many cute things he is doing right now.
He is talking like crazy! Some of it I can understand, but a lot of it is gibberish.
Craig is teaching him french, and he is picking it up so well! He mostly understands it, but he can say a few words.
He is starting to tease Huxley. He will pull on his tail, and try to get on his back to ride him. Huxley is really good with him.
He is OBSESSED with cars. He associates peoples names with their cars. So when he sees my moms car, or one that looks like it he say's "mimi"!
He started sleeping through the night! Finally!
He is still nursing. I can't get him to stop! So when we are in public, and he is super tired, he starts pulling on my shirt and say's "booobeee". It is very embarrassing, especially since he looks like a 2 1/2 year old.
He is still very loving and sweet. He will grab my face sometimes and give me like 10 kisses in a row.
He loves wrestling with daddy, and when he hears the garage door open, he drops whatever he is doing, runs through the house to get to the door, screaming "DADDY"!! And when it is not daddy, he cries.
He is starting to become a closet pooper. Before he could poop anywhere, but now he goes to 2 certain places in the house. Right in front of our bathroom door, or in the corner in the dining room. I was in the kitchen doing something, and he was very quiet so I rushed in my bathroom to see what he was doing, and he was squatting in the corner pushing. I said "poo poo"? And he gave me the "uh" and waved me away. So I left and came back after a minute and said "are you done? can we change your diaper"? He got up and ran to get a diaper. So funny! He usually tells me "poo poo" before or while he is doing it, so I am hoping he will be easy to potty train.
His favorite people are Mimi, Grandpa, and Brynn my niece. If I ever say "guess who's comin over"? He yells "Mimi"! And when its not her at the door, he is so disappointed.
He is such a joy in my life! I try to cherish it everyday. I love you little Krew bear! You give me so much happiness, and love. You are the very best thing I have ever done! I love you!

SAND DUNES TRIP

This year for memorial weekend we went up to the St. Anthony sand dunes with my family. I left Craig at home to work. The car ride was grueling, but Krew did surprisingly well. The weather was pretty crappy and freezing the whole weekend until the last day. Krew didn't mind it at all!
He was a little hesitant at first around all the bikes and loud noises, but after the first day he was good. We strapped his car seat to the back of the 4-wheeler and took him out on the dunes. He loved it! He also loved going for rides in the buggy. Cute Treston and Krew

We took Krew over to the Washington rec center to swim. He had fun, but I think he would have liked it a lot more if he wasn't so dang cold. The kid had purple lips the whole time! He loved running around though!

The weekend of Mother's day, Craig got off work early to take us up to Zion for the day. My parents were already up there, so we met up with them at the place that has the elk, buffalo, deer, and mini horses. We fed the animals, and Krew loved it! He called all the animals "puppy". He would say "puppy", then click his mouth, or hit his leg to call them over. He wasn't scared at all to feed them. I helped him hold his hand out flat so they could eat from his hand. Then we went on a little hike that leads to the beginning of the narrows. After, we grabbed a bite to eat at Oscars, then headed home. It was a fun day!

Then on the way home, we stopped at DQ to get a blizzard, and this is what Krew looked like after.

Craig had a day off, so we decided to do something fun. We went over to the splash pad in the middle of town. It was packed! Krew loved it! His favorite was climbing up and down the big rocks. He didn't really like the splash pad, because when the water would all of the sudden turn on, it scared him.

Craig's work was taking pictures for free, so they took a few of Krew and here they are! He is the freaking cutest kid ever! Being a mom has filled me with so much joy, happiness, love, and appreciation I can't even explain the fullness of it. Everyday I say to Craig, "Isn't Krew the most amazing thing ever? I just love him so much". I seriously say that everyday. I have never loved something more than my little Krew bear. He is the most amazing gift from my Heavenly Father, and I am so grateful I have the chance to raise such a sweet spirit. And I could not do it without Craig. He has been the most loving, caring, fun, and outstanding father and husband! I am awed by his ability to be so patient, and sweet about everything. I have never once been disappointed with him. He never fails at making us happy, and taking care of us. I love my life, and family with all my heart.

KITTY'S BIRTHDAY

This year Kitty wanted to party in Vegas, so Craig, Krew, and I met her down there on Sunday to spend the night. She had a room at the palms place which was SO nice! We hung out by the pool, went to dinner, and just hung out. The next morning we got breakfast and headed over the the pool at the golden nugget. We hung out for a while then headed home.

The stage Krew is in now is so much fun!! He is learning and talking a ton. He is a really good kid. He has his little fits here and there, but not bad at all! Here are some of the really cute things he is doing and saying:
- His favorite person by far right now is MiMi (my mom). He asks for MiMi all day, and when he sees her, he won't let her out of his sight. Part of the reason is because she lets him "drive" her car and he LOVES it! Plus she always plays with him, sings to him, and gives him whatever he wants.
- Recently he has come to love showers. We have body sprayers in our shower, so we turn them on low and it hits his back just right. He will stand there forever with his back to the sprayers just loving it! So cute!
- He knows a lot of sign language. He picks it up so dang fast. Some of the words he can sign and say are baby, more, eat, help, please, puppy (dog), cereal, ball, drink, bowl, thank you, mommy, daddy, blanket, bath, night night, all done, and go.
-He is talking up a storm! He can repeat almost every word we say. When we say something to him, he always repeats the last word of the sentence. I have to watch out now because the other day I said a bad word, and he copied me.
-He loves and is still a little afraid of our puppy huxley. The second we go outside to see the dog, Krew sticks his hands in the air because he knows Huxley will bite them. But he loves to "walk" him with his leash, and loves to feed him whatever he can find.
-When we tell him no, he turns around and says "huh uh" and shakes his head no. Yesterday was the first time he has actually said "NO".
-He is such a sweet little guy. He is always hugging my legs, and giving me loves. We are so blessed! I am so grateful for him!

This Easter was really fun! Krew was old enough to kind of get the concept of picking up the eggs. He hated the fake grass!! He would try to pick up the egg very carefully so he wouldn't have to touch the grass. So funny! We did a little egg hunt for him and my family came over. We put bows on Urcy and Chrimmy and gave Urcy a bath so she would look pretty for pictures. Huxley would try to eat every egg Krew would pick up, and he would dig in his basket to get them out. It was funny. We had tons of good food, and we played some games. Huxley and Chrimmy played together, and Krew just loved being outside!

Krew has been so funny lately! He is so smart! He is learning some sign language, and Craig is teaching him French. We were in the store the other day looking for body wash, and out of the blue, Krew says "bath", and does the sign for bath. He knew what body wash was used for. The kid just gets everything! His favorite things right now are string cheese, his blankey, and hanging out on the couch. He loves to climb on the file cabinet under the computer desk and just hang out. The other day he found all the plastic grocery bags, and carried them around for a good 15 minutes. It was hilarious! He is so good at going to bed, and taking naps. Lately Craig and I have been putting him to bed together, and he loves it! He will give us at least 2 kisses each before we put him in his crib. We adore him! He really does bring our little family closer, and I feel the spirit so much stronger. He is such a blessing!

Krew has been so fun lately. He is such a little copy cat. Here are just a few cute things he has been doing lately:
-Climbing on things (like the stove!)
-He winks a clicks his mouth at the same time.
-He can say a bunch of words, but only we know what they mean. He can say drink, Bria, bye, cookie, treat, pizza, and a few more.
-When we tell him to go get the bunnies, he starts clicking his mouth to call them.
-He will chase the bunnies and pick them both up by their fur.
-He throws little fits by throwing whatever he has in his hands, and stomps.
-He randomly lays on the floor and does butt lifts. Its so funny! And whenever we lay on the floor, he does too.
-He knows where most of his body parts are, and can point to them. And we didn't even teach him!
-He loves to play in my bathroom drawers, and my jewelry. He puts all my bracelets on and tries to get my attention to show me.
-He is always so loving. He gives kisses and loves all the time! He cuddles too.
-Just recently he HAS to have his blanky (the one I made him). He will not get out of his crib without it.
-He is obsessed with shoes. He wears mine all around the house, and when Craig gets home and takes his shoes off, Krew will go and put them on and try to walk around.

It is so much fun watching him grow and do all of his funny little things. I love him so much!

Krew is seriously the highlight of our life! I really didn't know how much I could love him, and I didn't know that it could grow everyday. Seriously! I feel like I couldn't love anything more. I would have never felt that, if I didn't have him. With your kid, its just a different kind of love. You grow so much from it, and it really does open your world to a whole new perspective.
He is so loving, and sweet. He will give kisses on demand, and give loves (hugs) constantly. If I try to chase him, and he gets scared, he will run towards me, and try to give me kisses so I will stop. At first when he would touch something we didn't want him to, we would clap really loud and say no, and it would scare him, but now when we say no, HE claps. Every time I pick him up out of his crib he pats me on the back, because that is what I do to him. He is so much fun! I am SO grateful for him, and the sweet spirit he is in our home. He makes me a better person. Thank you sweet little Krew bear.

We were lucky enough to be in our house before Christmas. I was so looking forward to having it at our own house! This year we had lots of family around and I loved it! Krew loved it too, because he had some play mates.

A few days before Christmas we headed out to tuachaun to see the live nativity and lights. We went with Sara and Alberto and the kids. It was really cold, but fun. They got to see Santa for the 20Th time.

Krew gave us a little piano concert. He loves the piano!

Christmas Eve we went over to Craig's family's house to have our traditional "breakfast" dinner, and open presents. Krew got a dump truck that he LOVED! He would not get out of it, or stop pushing it around. It was so cute to see him look up to all the older kids, and try to play.

Christmas morning my parents and Kitty came over to open presents. It was a memorable Christmas! I loved every second. Krew was adorable, and loved everything he got, but I can easily say that the plastic candy cane filled with candy that I got from the dollar store was, and still is his favorite! How funny is that. After opening presents we went over to my parents house to do white elephant gifts with the extended family. It was a lot of fun.

The night after New Year's we had a dance off, and played rock band. It was fun. The rest of the weekend we just hung out, ate a lot of food, and enjoyed each others company. I love holidays!

I can't believe my baby is 1 already! The time seriously goes by so much faster when you have a kid. For his birthday we had mostly family come over and we had soup and bread sticks. Then we opened presents. He got so many cute things! We got him a little power wheel 4-wheeler. We brought it out, and the first thing he did was jump on it, press the button, and ran over a few kids. Not kidding. So we took him outside and he was having a ball. Then we sang him happy birthday, and gave him his own little cake I made him. He tore into that thing, and loved doing it. His two favorite cousins Brynn and Connor were laughing, and so he started laughing, then they got him laughing hysterically. It was so funny because he has never laughed that hard. It was a good little party.

I just have to tell you the things we love about him, and the cute stuff he is doing right now. Where do I start? I love him more than anything ever! I feel like he is a gift to me that I don't deserve. He makes me the happiest I have ever been in my life.
The past few months he has been learning a ton, and his personality is starting to develop.
A few weeks ago, I started laughing really hard, and so he tried to copy me, and he started fake laughing really loud. It was hilarious! So now he fake laughs all the time, and occasionally he will throw his head back and laugh.
He LOVES pizza! He will take a bite of mine, then walk around the kitchen in a circle, then come back for another bite.
He got a toy for his birthday that sings the ABC's, and since he got it, he has not stopped pressing that dang button, so now he sings along with it, except his ABC's are all deee dee dee deee's.
He loves socks! Especially used and dirty ones. I will find him carrying around Craig's dirty work socks and sucking on them.
Every morning when I get him up, I bring him in our bed, and the first thing he does is crawl over to daddy, and give him a kiss. It happens every time! And I love that.
His most favorite word is DA.......DEE (daddy) He will walk around the house saying it all day sometimes. But he wont say ma ma unless he wants the boob.
We are so happy to have him in our lives. We love you little Krew bear!

Santa came to visit the Boulevard Home Furnishings where Craig works, so I thought I would take Krew over there to get a picture with him. Krew didn't know what to think of Santa. He kind of gave the look like "get me out of here now". Then that night was Craig's families Christmas party. We had soup, and salad, and Santa came to give out little treat bags. Krew started to get a little uneasy on Santa's lap, then when he got off, he just kept going up to him and staring at him like he was interested. It was funny. Then he just ran around with all the little kids, and had a blast! It was a fun day.

Since we moved into our new house, Krew has gone ape shiz. He loves the freedom of running all over, and getting into everything! Before we got all the boxes put away, he was pulling things out, and putting things in, and he loved to get inside the boxes and just rummage. He loves to climb into anything he can find that he will fit in. He found Craig's wallet, and spent probably a half hour just pulling all the cards out and looking at them. He is so funny! He will follow me everywhere, and linger right behind me. When he wants a treat he will hit my legs and grunt. I love him so much!

Krew has been sick the past few days. He got the stomach flu. It is so sad to see your baby go through sickness. Anyway, tonight while I was getting his bath ready, I took his clothes and diaper off, and let him play in my parents badaY. So I figured he would play in there until I was done getting the bath ready, but all of the sudden he ran out and had a look on his face like "mommy help me". I looked down and saw poo running down both of his legs. I started laughing so hard. Poor kid. So I yelled "mom help me". My mom ran in and started laughing too. I put him in the bath while my mom cleaned up everything. When she was cleaning it up, her glasses fell into some of the poo. She set them aside and forgot about them. A little later she grabbed her glasses and put them on. She was thinking "what is that smell"? She finally figured out what it was. These are the things I want to remember.

Krew is so active, I can hardly keep up with him sometimes. Some days he will hit his head 10 times, and fall a ton, and other days he won't even tip over. The other day I was outside doing something, and watching him through the window. I guess he had climbed on some blankets to see outside, fell, and hit his cheek on the fire place. It was so sad! A few days later he got a little black eye. You can hardly see it in the pictures, but it is there. Then the other day I was brushing his teeth and found a chip in his front tooth! What the crap? How did that happen? I tried to take a picture of it, but you can't really see it. Poor kid!

Krew has not been a big eater, but through treats he has learned how to chew and suck on things rather than swallow things whole and choke. So he is getting to be a better eater. His favorite treats are veggie dip puffs. When I get the can out he gets so excited, and reaches for it. He grabs it, pops the lid off with his teeth, and grabs the biggest handful he can get and stuffs as many in his mouth as he can. It is hilarious! He loves yogurt drops, yogurt covered puffs, and pretty much anything crunchy. I started giving him shredded cheese and he can't get enough of that right now.

This kid is growing so fast! He is totally turning into a little boy. I miss the baby stage, but everyday brings something new. Here are just some of the funny and cute things he is doing right now. He waves hi and goodbye to everyone, especially babies and kids. He is obsessed with my parent baday toilet, and does his little stomp dance (that means he is happy or excited) when he gets to play in it. He gives slobbery open mouth kisses. He can say stinky, hi, mama, daddy, Jesus, and baba. When he lays on his stomach or does the "stink bug" position, he farts almost always. No matter what kind of music, or any sort of beat, he will either dance, squat on beat, or rock his head back and forth to it. He is our little entertainer!

I was thinking since we will have a baby this year we have to incorporate him. So we decided to be the Sigfried and Roy tiger show trio. Krew is still not sleeping through the night! He gets up usually 2 times a night still. All he wants to do is eat(boobies) and go back to bed. He is really good about taking naps. When I put him down to sleep he is totally fine, and falls asleep on his own, but he just wants that comfort at night I guess. A few times I have tried to let him cry it out, but now I am so use to getting up at night, it is just a routine. He LOVES his bed! He does not want to sleep anywhere else. A few times I have brought him into our bed, and he will toss and turn until I put him in his crib. A few times he has had to sleep in his little pack n play but he hasn't liked it. He doesn't even fall asleep in his car seat unless he is DEAD tired. He will hold out for his bed until he is deliriously tired. I love him! He is so cute

I had to go down to Las Vegas for the day for work, so I thought since it was our anniversary we should get a room and stay the night. We got a room at the Monte Carlo. While I was at the class, Craig went to the hotel and upgraded our room. It was really nice! We went to the pool, ate dinner and just relaxed. Since we had Krew with us, and he doesn't sleep through the night yet we couldn't do anything too crazy. But it was a good time.

Little guy loves to get into the fridge. It is one of his favorite things right now. If he sees someone opening the door to the fridge he books it over there, hoping to catch it before it closes. Once he is in there, he climbs on the first little step and shakes the shelves. He grabs all the condiments (lime juice bottle made out of a plastic lime is his favorite), and takes them out one at a time. He is so funny!

He's not just into the fridge, but everything else. He loves to press any buttons anywhere, he gets into the movies, and Cd's, he gets into my moms big cupboard that has a stool in it. He tries to climb the stool to get his teddy grahams my mom bought him. He loves to get into the bathroom drawers and into my make-up brushes. One day I was doing my makeup, and he was getting out my brushes. He found one he loved and started brushing it on his face! He is so smart! I never showed him how to do that, he just watches me and knew. Anyway, he carried it around the rest of the day sucking on it, and wiping it on his face. He is so cute.

Krew is starting to eat a little more baby food. He really only likes the fruit ones though. He loves to grab the jar and "drink" the food, or stick his hands in it. So we were playing outside, and I was feeding him little bites, and he was just determined to feed himself, so I let him take over. I gave him the spoon and jar and let him go for it. He threw the spoon and concentrated on the jar. It was so funny. I love this kid.

After he was done eating, he threw the jar down and started playing around his little pool. He likes to get in and out of it. When he was getting out this time, his arm got stuck under his body and he went face first in the grass. He ATE it hard! Poor little guy. He didn't cry though. But when he got up, there were pieces of leaf on his face from the grass.

We have been living with my parents since the first of June until our house is done. We have baby proofed the whole down stairs for Krew. We re-arranged the furniture in the living room so he would have a play area, and not be able to escape! He still finds ways sometimes, and the first place he goes is to the bar stools, or over to the book shelf to pull out the books. My mom is always coming up with fun ways to entertain him. One day she was playing with him and told me to come see what he was doing. She had put him in the laundry basket and was pulling him around. It was so funny! He loved it. My mom is so cute with him! He loves the dishwasher, and follows me around the house if I let him out of his cage ;) I have a pedicure bowl here at the house, and I was giving my Dad a pedicure, and Krew just had to put his feet in too. It was so dang cute!

I can't believe how fast babies grow. I have to update things so often because he is learning so much and I don't want to forget it! So here are some of the things little bear is doing lately. He is a climber! He can almost climb out of his play pen because his feet are so sweaty and sticky that they stick to everything, and it helps him climb. So socks are a necessity. If chairs have a little bar under them he will climb up it. He still doesn't like any sort of chunky food. If the oatmeal is to lumpy he will gag. I swear his gag reflex is nothing like I've seen. He only likes fruity baby food. He tries to feed himself with a spoon. He gives open mouth kisses. He can stand by himself for 5-10 seconds. He is very agile! He loves to "show off" his toys. His most favorite thing right now is standing on the drivers side seat in the car, hands on the steering wheel, and pulling and pushing anything he can get his hands on. The second we get to the car and lunges forward to the front seat. And when I take him out he freaks, and gives out a high pitched scream. He stretches his arm out and points at random things. He blinks his eyes so cute! He never likes his binky unless he is going to sleep. He can wave bye bye. His favorite people are mommy, daddy, mimi(my mom), and any little kids. He loves the toilet/toilet paper area of the bathroom. He makes his squinty face not just for pictures, but all the time now for no reason. He drinks really well from water bottles, cups, and sippy cups. And he is getting his two top teeth! We love him, and have so much fun with him. I get so excited to get him out of his crib when he wakes up. If Craig and I are both home, and he wakes up, Craig begs me to go get him up. Its so cute! When Craig spends time with him, Krew will say DA DA all day, and then when he gets tired or hurt, he will say MA MA. He is so smart, and funny, and beautiful. We love him!

We bought him a little 4-wheeler that has buttons that make sounds and stuff. He loves it! One day I was in on the computer, and he was out in the living room playing. I heard him whining, and it was an annoyed whine. So I went in there and somehow his pants got stuck on part of the 4-wheeler, and he was dragging it around. It was so funny! I was laughing so hard and he was just looking at me like "what are you doing standing there, get this off!"

Last Saturday was the carnival benefit to raise money for my cousin Talen Vaughn. There was a pretty good turn out, and it was a lot of fun! There was a bounce house, bake sale, face painting, and tons of games. Krew loved the bounce house, and he got a snake tattoo. It was fun.

Finally Krew and I made it out to the lake! The last time I went wakeboarding was when I was 6 months pregnant. So I was rusty to say the least. We got together with our friends to have a BBQ. It was fun, but I noticed with all of us having kids, it was kind of crazy! I love being able to just talk and socialize, but with kids it is so hard. Krew was opening his mouth really big today and I saw a little whitish thing in his gums on the bottom! I stuck my finger, and its definitely a tooth! No wonder he has been so dang grumpy lately! I know he will walk soon, because I started walking at nine months, and Craig was an early walker too.

Krew has been progressing so fast, and doing some cute things! He gets up on his hands and knees and rocks back and forth and kinda scoots his knees forward. I know he will be crawling soon...aaaaah! He is grabbing everything, and really good with his hands and fingers. He caught and ball the other day, and he pinches so hard! When he is hungry he does this fake whine that I can't help but laugh, then he pulls my shirt down! His favorite things to play with are remote controls, cell phones, tampon applicators (kind of embarrassing in public), anything that rattles, balls, and Craig's guitar. He loves to climb, walk, and kick! When I hold him by the hands he will walk right up my body, climb the stairs, and try to kick anything that is in front of him. When a ball is rolling towards him he puts his foot out. It is so cute. He loves to be outside and in the water. When I growl at him, he growls back, and when I stick my tongue out and do farty noises he does it too. When I leave the room he starts to fuss, and then follows me. He has been having a hard time going to sleep without me there. Usually I lay him down, leave, and he is fine, but now he cries and cries and cries. So yesterday I put him down for a nap, and he cried for a while so I finally went in there and he had pulled himself up, stood on the crib bumper, and was leaning all the way over the edge about to fall out! I couldn't believe it. Craig came home and lowered the mattress, but who know how long that will work. He is a little stinker, but we love him so much! He has brought our little family closer. Craig is such an amazing father, and it makes me love him that much more. We are so blessed to have each other, and this little sweet spirit.

This year for my birthday Craig took me shopping then we just went to dinner at Outback Steakhouse and it was amazing! Then we were going to go to the movies but didn't have a babysitter. When we got home from dinner my mom had my cake ready. Then Saturday we had Sara and Angie come over with their kids, and had pizza and played in the back yard. While my parents were in Israel they picked out a wood carving made out of olive wood of a mother and her baby boy. My mom said it reminded her of me so much she had to get it. It was hand carved, and beautiful!! It meant so much to me! I loved it! I also loved my birthday card from Craig. His cards always make me cry! He use to get me funny cards cause he is a funny person, and more jokey than serious, but lately he gets me the sweetest most sincere cards and writes the best things in them. I am so so so blessed to have him!

We bought Krew a little pool for the back yard. This was his first time in it, and he loved it! Especially all the kids in it! He is so much fun!

We finally got out Krew's high chair since we started feeding him solids. I can't believe how tall he is, and how much he looks like a little boy already! The chair is almost too small. his legs hang way down, but he likes it!

My friend Carly came over and brought her little girl Claire. She is so cute! Krew looked like a string bean next to her. We put them on a blanket with some toys and they had a great time! Krew loves kids his age, and especially older kids that entertain him. The first thing he does is touch their face to get to know them, it's so cute!

Anything that has buttons, or lights up, or breakable, or a combination of all of those, Krew wants it! The other day I put Krew on the floor to play, and I guess I left the TV remote on the floor too. So the next thing I hear is the TV turning on and Krew watching TV with the remote in his hands. The cutest thing ever! I can already tell he will be into everything, but I love it.

The other day I was on the computer in my room and put Krew on the floor with some toys. He was making noise and playing, and then it went silent for a while. I looked over and he had rolled all the way under the bed. It was so funny because it was really dark under there and he loved it! He was loving the bed skirt too. He is so dang cute!

I have our camera ready to take pictures at any time so I can catch the cute things Krew does. Here are just some different pictures hanging out. I have the best job ever.....being a mom. Right now Krew does this low pitch growl. It is so funny! He does it a lot when he gets excited. He is into everything!! He loves to drink out of water bottles. If I give him one with the lid on he freaks out. He loves silky things like my scarf in this picture. If I say keep saying "ma ma" he will eventually start saying it too. I love it. He is growing so fast! But we love every stage.

This is what happens when either my mom has Krew, or Craig has Krew and I am not in sight............(his clothes get really funky) My mom came in the room to hand me Krew and I was like "what the F". My mom just started laughing and said "he looks cute". So I just kept his pants under his onsie, and put him down for a nap. Then Craig comes home, goes in his room and says "what the F". It was funny

Ever since Krew has been in his crib he has been sleeping in the cutest, and funniest positions. I will put him to sleep on his side, and the second I lay him down he twists and turns to get comfortable. Then I go in the room to check on him, and he is in some random position. Lately he kicks everything with his left heel. So when we put him down for a nap, or bed we hear this banging noise, go in his room, and he is kicking his crib. I guess a few times he was kicking the top of the crib, and fell asleep and his leg was hanging over the bumper pad. He is the so freaking cute! We laugh at him all day. I love to see him do new, funny things. It is so much fun.

He still loves his giraffe. We just leave it in his crib all the time. Sometimes I will go in there and he has it in his arms, or he is flopped over it. Its funny.

I didn't even put him in these positions! Its all him!

My cousins came down from Texas last week to spend some time here. My cousin Valerie LOVED Krew! She was taking pictures of him all week. Here are a few of those. Also while she was here we went up to the cabin in pine valley. We had a BBQ, played dodge ball, sat around the fire pit and talked about all sorts of things. We all had a great night!

Krew loves to be outside! So we take any opportunity to go and do things outdoors.

We have taken Krew swimming a couple of times and he loves it! He doesn't ever mind the cold, and he loves to splash. We got him this little pool floaty and it works so good for him.

I have been waiting until Krew is 6 months old to feed him solids. But every time we eat he just stares at every bite going into our mouths! I feel so bad like he is starving and wanting to eat so bad. Everyone in the house keeps asking when I am going to start feeding him baby food, because they want to feed him. So my mom went out and bought him a little jar of carrots. We opened them up and started feeding him. He liked it because it was something new, but I don't think he liked the taste. Most of the time he gaged it down, or made bad faces. It was so funny! Then a few weeks later I was at the health food store and found baby food for 4 months and older. So I got a jar of peas. I didn't even wait til we were home to feed him, I just opened it in the car and he loved it!!! He didn't even spit any out. Then we just went to his 6 month check up and our Dr. said we can start feeding him daily. So we got a bunch of different veggies, and we got some organic rice cereal to try. I just mix some of my milk, rice cereal, and veggies together, and he likes it pretty good. He enjoys eating! It is so fun to start this new little adventure in his life.

We decided to head down to California and get a room down by the beach in Newport. On the way down we stopped in Vegas to attend a graduation. After that we headed down to California. It was late so Krew slept most of the way. The next day we went down to the beach to just relax.Craig fixed up a nice spot for us, and set up our fort for the day.
Krew was so much fun! He loved the water and sand. We played for a while and just hung out. We brought snacks but hadn't eaten all day, so we went to Joe's Crab Shack. I was craving snow crab. We each got a couple of pounds and it was SO GOOD! The next day we went shopping and found some cute stuff. We walked around Balboa Island and watched the sunset. It was so nice and beautiful. We had a great time. The next day we wanted to take our time getting home because we wanted to stop along the way to shop at our favorite stores. It was such a fun trip! We loved it.

We got our family pictures back today. They are so cute! When I was going through the pictures, Krew's eyes were so blue, and they are the same exact shape as Craig's. He is a little doll! And I have to say my husband is so good looking! I am so lucky to have two of the most gorgeous guys in my life.

Craig's family celebrated mothers day last night at the park. We had a BBQ and played in the water, and just hung out. We got on the swings with Krew and took him all over the playground, and he loved it!

Then today we went over to my moms house for a big lunch with the family. The food was so good like always! In these pics, Krew is chewing on a Tylenol bottle and loves it!!! He goes to town on that thing.

Krew is consuming all my time but I love it. So here are just a few things going on with us: We are hoping to find a great deal on a house soon. We also have been having so much fun with baby boy. He is doing new things everyday. He babbles so much! When he is tired, or hungry he always says, "ma ma ma ma". Its so cute! He can sit up for about 5-10 seconds before falling over.

He will NOT sleep on his side or back he has to sleep on his stomach with his knees tucked in and butt in the air.

He usually only laughs at Craig or me. Whenever he eats, he throws one arm in the air and starts slapping me. Its funny. When he is laying down to sleep he plays with his hair. He has the sweatiest, stinkiest feet ever. And now he loves to sleep with his soft stuffed giraffe. He loves that thing. It has two little horn on the head, and every time I take it from him, those little horns are soaked from his spit.

It has been so much fun watching him learn new things. He is so tall and skinny!
This is something I found that I wrote about being a mom shortly after I had Krew:
We (moms) go through so much!!! But to me, it is worth every second. Personally I do feel that my life is more meaningful, and complete. When your baby is crying and no one else but you can comfort them, or when they look at you with that face and you know how much they love you and need you. It melts my heart! I have such an overwhelming love for my baby unlike anything else. Its an innate, protective, caring love that is so new and fresh.
I know it will just get harder, but I am so willing to work hard at it, and try to make the best out of every situation.

Today was such an awesome day, so we went for a walk around the neighborhood and took some pics of our beauty cakes. Seriously though, this kid does not look like either one of us! anyway, I was pushing Krew in the stroller, trying to hit Craig with the wheel and he was running around trying to dodge the stroller and Krew thought it was so funny! He was laughing the whole time. It was really cute!

GETTING SO BIG!

APRIL 2009
Today I put Krew in his bumbo chair and set him on the table while I made dinner. I heard some papers rustling, so I turned around and he was leaning all the way over his bumbo chair getting into my purse, riping out my receipts and drooling everywhere. It was so funny. I grabbed the camera and called his name, and he looked up like he was in trouble. I just love him! He keeps me smiling everyday.

So the past few weeks have been kinda tough with the sleeping situation. I had Krew in our room in a bassinet because he is still up every 3 hours or so. Well he is so tall that the bassinet was cramping him. I tried his crib a couple of nights but I would get so tired walking down the hall and trying to feed him sitting up. I know...lazy right. So I just let him sleep with us a few nights (big mistake!) I knew it wouldn't get better, so I just forced myself to make him sleep in his crib, and make the long walk down the hall a couple times a night. Its great now! He loved his crib, and he sleeps so much better and longer. Yay!!

FIRST SWIM

Today was Krew's first time swimming! We were the only ones at the pool this morning which was nice! It was really warm so he didn't mind it at all. He didn't splash or anything, he was really calm, and just hung out. He is such a good boy! I can't wait until we can teach him how to wake board. Craig is already wanting to buy him one. I love it.

When we got home from the pool Krew was so energetic, and happy. I was playing with him, and holding him up by his wrists and he can bend his arms up and hold all his own weight. He is so freaking strong! Anyway, he was climbing up my stomach and loving it. He is so much fun. I can't wait to see him excel in everything.

So lately Krew has had this expression on his face like he has just been scared or surprised. It is so cute and funny! He has such big eyes thanks to me, and the cutest big lips. He has also been chewing on his first and second finger lately. He never sucks on them, but chews, then gags himself. You can tell in one of the pictures. He is so strong, and can sit by himself for a little while before he tumbles over. Today was the first day he kind of laughed, but it was more a squeal. So dang adorable! This kid keeps us laughing all day long

I cannot be any more grateful for my life! Since Krew has been here with us, I have experienced a whole new meaning to life, and love. It is amazing how pure and sweet his little spirit is! I love everything about being a mom, even getting up in the night to feed him, even changing his diaper. I enjoy every second I spend with him. Some of my favorite things about him are; the way he sleeps with his hands up by his head, or under his cheek, the way he smiles when I change his diaper, how he whimpers, but never cries, and just all the little cute things he does everyday. We are so lucky to have him, and I am truly blessed. I love this kid!

Krew is growing so fast! It kinda makes me sad, but its fun at the same time. He smiles at us everyday, and he tries to talk to us. He loves Craig! He will sit and listen to Craig talk forever, and then tries so hard to talk back. He loves mirrors and getting his diaper changed.

Craig and I went shopping the other night, and went into a toy store. It was so funny; Craig will find anything and everything for Krew. I love seeing him light up when he talks about how he can play with him, and the things they can do together. Its the best feeling to know how much he loves him. Craig found this cookie monster toy and bought it for him. When we got home we layed him down and I came in later to find that Craig had put it under his arm and was laughing. It was so cute! We took some pictures.

My cousin Brooke took Krews first pictures. It took at least a couple of hours because we had to stop and feed him, and he pooped once all over Craig and the carpet and he went pee three times; once on me, and twice on the ottoman. He is so cute. He makes the funniest faces. He always has a little scowl on his face. We love him so much! We gave Krew his first bath a couple of nights ago. We weren't able to bathe him til now because his umbilical cord was infected and I didn't want it to get worse. I don't know if he liked it that much. He is so cute! Being a mom is so much harder than I thought, but so worth it. I totally appreciate all moms. Especially moms with multiples.

Christmas was so much fun with a new baby! I had bought Krew a Santa outfit to wear on Christmas day and so we woke up and started getting ready. I gave him a bath and got him all cute in his outfit. The second I put him in his car seat he had a blowout. So I went to change him, and it had soaked through his onsie, so I took his diaper off and all of the sudden a straight stream of poo shot out of him and all down my shirt and pants. I went to get something to wipe it off and he started peeing all over the bed and his face and outfit. I almost started crying. So anyway it took forever to get him and myself ready again!
